Great article ,it had a lot of things that I had not seen. I would love to get back into a racing mini. I sold my race mini in 1980 after ten years of autocross and regional scca racing. A growing family forced the sale. I miss that mini because it was my first , I bought it in 1965 while I was in high school.

There is a lot more to the idea of high performance driving than I realized. It's hard to visualize some of these concepts because I think seeing and doing are much more important than conceptualizing. I've never driven on a track, so it's hard to imagine how this would feel. I think one of the strongest parts of this article is the discussion of braking. I read that part again because it was the most useful to me.
