Welcome to fall at New York’s (and possibly the entire North’s) most flowing 3.5 miles of road course.

Nothing better than a fall weekend at one of America’s premier tracks.
This registration is FOR ALL 3 DAYS.
Solo drivers will have a separate classroom session and download meetings with Ross Bentley Saturday and Sunday.
Don't miss out on an opportunity to have Ross Bentley as you group leader and mentor this weekend.

Garage Bays will be assigned in priority order to Full 3 day weekend registrations, then 2 day Weekend registrations.
 
 
D (unrestricted) group candidates: D group is completely unrestricted and is by invitation only.  Please email chrisl@hookedondriving.com with your experience and driving resume for approval if you have not already run Group D with HOD. 
 
On Friday and Saturday evenings, we will be holding a BYO OKTOBERFEST (!!!) in the paddock after the final checker.  Please bring your favorite beer and simply enjoy the gearhead conversation and camaraderie within the HOD Family!
Important Times:
·         6:00am – Gates open
·         6:30am to 7:45am – Registration and Helmet Rentals (Classroom)
·         7:30am – Coaches Meeting (Garage)
·         7:45am – Mandatory Drivers Meeting (Garage)
 
Please Remember to…
·         Arrive fueled up (both you AND your car!)
·         Wear long pants and closed-toed shoes; short sleeved shirts are OK, but no tank tops!
·         Bring minimum Snell SA2010 helmet if you do not have one reserved (Snell M motorcycle helmets are not acceptable for on-track use)
·         Convertible owners - Ensure that a straight-edge placed from the top of the windshield to the roll protection does NOT touch your helmet when seated in your car.  
 
As always, complimentary hot coffee and bottled water will be available to keep you hydrated and alert throughout the day, and lunch is included as part of your registration.  Please do not misplace the lunch tickets stapled to your packets! Any additional guests may purchase lunch tickets at morning check-in.
 
Lastly, for those of you in the A-Novice group, please arrive with a SOLID understanding of motorsports flags.  This will make your day far more enjoyable!  A quick guide can be found here:

Hello Guests and Coaches of HOD Northeast,
 
Welcome to our 2017 “Fall Getaway” event at Watkins Glen International!  Please read this email carefully, as it contains important logistics for a wonderful 3 days of driving.

Trailer drop-offs are permitted by the track after 6:00 pm on Thursday and anyone wishing to camp overnight is welcome to.  We have arranged to have 24-hour gate access, so please feel free to come and go all weekend.

 
PLEASE DO NOT PULL INTO A GARAGE BAY UNLESS IT HAS BEEN ASSIGNED TO YOU!
 
Garage Bay Assignments will go out Wednesday.
Please Email Mona@hookedondriving.com with any specific requests prior to 12pm Wednesday, we will do our best to accommodate pairing requests. After that we will not be able to move spots around.
If you did not reserve a garage bay when you registered, this is the last chance to reserve one. There are only a few spots left and will be assigned on a 1st come basis.
 
Please remember that we invite AND encourage you to bring friends, family, and guests with you.  Our amazing driving coaches (when available) love giving fun runs, so please ensure any non-driving guests who would like to partake come to registration any time after the AM drivers meeting to sign our event waiver and receive a passenger wristband. Please remember passengers need to wear the proper attire (long pants and closed-toed shoes) to go out on track.
 
On Saturday evening, we will fire up the grill and be holding a BYO after-checker POT LUCK party in the garages.  Please bring your favorite beer and simply enjoy the gearhead conversation and camaraderie within the HOD Family!
